Andrea believes in the connection between mind, body & spirit. Andrea's practice focuses on how being balanced helps to heal and have the life you want to have. Andrea has learned hypnosis, imagery, coaching, meditation and nutrition, all tools that empower others to heal. Andrea’s favorite green light food is green apples, her favorite yellow light food is plantains, and her favorite red light food is oatmeal cookies.  Andrea’s favorite form of exercises are hiking, dancing, and yoga.
